Post-Surgical Rehab Treatment in Sterling Heights, MI
Your surgeon's work is half the outcome. The other half happens here.
How we treat post-surgical rehab
Joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstruction, spinal surgery — every protocol is different, and we follow your surgeon's to the letter while progressing you as fast as tissue healing allows. Progress reports go back to your surgeon at every milestone without being requested, and your full plan of care is scheduled up front so recovery never waits.

Common questions
When should I schedule physical therapy for a planned surgery?
Before the surgery. Pre-operative strengthening ('prehab') measurably improves post-op outcomes, and booking your post-op slots in advance means zero gap after clearance.
What if I'm behind the 'normal' recovery timeline?
Timelines are averages. We measure where you actually are — motion, strength, function — and adjust the plan. Being behind is a reason for better dosing, not discouragement.
Does Medicare cover post-surgical physical therapy?
Yes. Medicare Part B covers medically necessary outpatient therapy with no hard visit cap — documentation requirements apply past an annual threshold, which is our job to handle, not yours.
