Foot & Ankle Pain Treatment in Sterling Heights, MI
Plantar fasciitis, chronic ankle sprains, Achilles pain — the base of everything deserves better than a pamphlet of stretches.
How we treat foot & ankle pain
Feet take 4,000–10,000 loaded steps a day, so small mechanical problems become big painful ones. We treat plantar fasciitis with progressive loading (the approach with the strongest evidence), rebuild chronically unstable ankles with balance and strength work, and manage Achilles problems with the graded tendon-loading programs that actually resolve them.

Common questions
How long does plantar fasciitis take to resolve?
With a proper loading program, most patients improve meaningfully in 6–8 weeks, with full resolution over 3–4 months. Cortisone and rest alone commonly relapse — loading changes the tissue.
Do I need custom orthotics?
Sometimes. We test whether support actually changes your symptoms before recommending them — and we fit them on-site when they earn their place in the plan.
Why does my ankle keep re-spraining?
Because sprains heal ligaments but not the balance-and-reaction system that protects them. Rebuilding that system is exactly what rehab is for — and it's why re-sprain rates drop sharply after a proper program.
