Medicare Maintenance Program

For Parkinson's, MS, and progressive conditions: Medicare covers therapy to keep function — not just to restore it. Most people are never told.

Since the Jimmo settlement, Medicare has been explicit: skilled therapy is covered to maintain function or slow decline where a condition requires skilled care — improvement is not required. We built a proper program around it: lower-frequency ongoing care, documentation done right, and clinicians who treat maintenance as the specialty it is rather than a discharge they forgot to do.

What's included

Questions, answered

Is 'maintenance therapy' really covered by Medicare?

Yes. The improvement standard was never the law, and the Jimmo v. Sebelius settlement forced that clarification. Coverage turns on whether skilled care is required — for progressive conditions, it often plainly is.

Who is this program for?

Parkinson's, MS, ALS, advanced arthritis, post-stroke spasticity — anyone whose function will decline without skilled intervention. If a gym program could safely do the same job, we'll tell you that instead.

Why don't other clinics offer this?

Habit and paperwork. The improvement myth outlived the lawsuit, and maintenance documentation takes discipline. We treat both as solvable.
