Fax or e-script with demographics and the order; our desk contacts the patient within one business day and reports the scheduled date back to your office.
Do you follow surgeon-specific protocols?
To the letter — send yours once and it's on file for every future patient. Deviations are discussed with you, never improvised.
What insurance do you take?
Medicare, Medicare Advantage, BCBSM/BCN, Priority, HAP, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Michigan Medicaid HMOs, all auto no-fault carriers, and workers' comp — benefits verified before the first visit. We never pay for referrals, in any form; fast access and good reporting are the whole pitch.
